5 Viral & Instagrammable Las Vegas Foods You Must Try in 2026
Las Vegas is all about the spectacle, and that over-the-top energy absolutely extends to its culinary scene. While the city is famous for its world-class fine dining and legendary buffets, there is a whole new wave of dining experiences taking over the Strip: Viral Foods.
If you’ve scrolled through TikTok or Instagram recently, you’ve likely seen massive dry-ice cocktails, towering milkshakes, and absurdly loaded comfort foods. We hit the Strip to find the craziest, most photogenic eats that actually taste as good as they look.
If you’re building your Perfect 3-Day Las Vegas Itinerary, you absolutely must add at least one of these viral 2026 spots to your list!
1. Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer
Location: The Venetian
We couldn’t make a list of viral Vegas foods without including Black Tap. While their craft burgers are fantastic, people line up here for one specific reason: The CrazyShake.
These milkshakes defy gravity. Ranging from $16.00 to $19.50, these massive desserts are practically a meal themselves. The Cakeshake ($19.50) is a vanilla shake with a vanilla-frosted rim rolled in rainbow sprinkles, topped with an entire slice of funfetti cake. Chocolate lovers should opt for the Brooklyn Blackout ($17.00), which features a chocolate-frosted rim packed with mini chocolate chips, topped with two full-sized chocolate brownies.
NOTE
Black Tap features a dedicated standalone CrazyShake bar inside the restaurant. If you don’t want to wait for a table to eat a full meal, you can order a CrazyShake to-go at the counter and enjoy it while walking along the Venetian’s indoor canals!

2. Rock N’ Potato
Location: Showcase Mall Food Court (Near MGM Grand)
Who knew a baked potato could go viral? Rock N’ Potato takes the humble spud and turns it into a decadent seafood feast.
If you want to go all out, order the Lobster “Queen” ($29.95), which features a perfectly baked, fluffy potato swimming in a rich, creamy sauce and topped with a massive, buttery lobster tail. If you have an even bigger appetite, you can upgrade to the “Sugar Daddy” version (around $55.50), which doubles up on the lobster tails for a truly extravagant lunch.
3. Dirt Dog
Location: Showcase Mall (Near MGM Grand)
Literally steps away from Rock N’ Potato is Dirt Dog, an institution that successfully brought legendary Los Angeles street food to the Las Vegas Strip. Everything here is visually explosive and incredibly savory.
The absolute must-order is the D.U.I. Fries ($13.50). These are premium thick-cut fries completely smothered in pastrami, carne asada, cheddar cheese, chipotle aioli, cilantro, and bacon bits. It’s a chaotic, beautiful, and absolutely delicious mess. If you’re looking for something slightly smaller, try their Elote Fries ($9.95) or the classic Carne Asada Tacos (2 for $8.95).
4. Donutique
Location: The Venetian (Grand Canal Shoppes)
If you need a luxurious afternoon pick-me-up, head to Donutique inside The Venetian. This boutique pastry shop feels more like a high-end jewelry store than a bakery, and their creations are nothing short of edible art.
The viral star here is the “Rollie” ($13.00), an incredibly flaky, rolled circular croissant that is generously filled with flavored creams. The Strawberry Rollie is an Instagram favorite, featuring a beautiful pink glaze and freeze-dried strawberries. If you prefer traditional donuts, you can’t go wrong with the intricate Ube Me Crazy ($12.00) or the fresh berry-topped Alexis Donut ($11.00).
5. The Candy Martini Bar at I Love Sugar
Location: The LINQ Promenade
Located on the second floor of the massive 14,000-square-foot I Love Sugar flagship store, this martini bar is an absolute dream for anyone with a sweet tooth. Their signature candy martinis are massive, shareable goblets that arrive at your table smoking with dry ice.
The presentation is wild—here are a few viral favorites:
-
Vegas Showgirl: A tequila margarita blend topped with a massive “brain” of pink cotton candy.
-
A Million Fish in the Sea: A bright blue tropical vodka and peach schnapps mix topped with gummy fish and sharks.
-
Thee Gummy Bear: A sweet and sour peach and watermelon vodka cocktail completely covered in classic gummy bears.
-
High Roller Margarita: A strawberry tequila creation rimmed with black sugar crystals and topped with strawberry bears.
-
The Cost: Expect to pay premium Strip prices (typically around $40-$45 for the giant signature goblets), but remember that these are massive, highly alcoholic, and designed to be shared among 2-3 people.
TIP
Pro-Tip: The LINQ Promenade is right in the center of the Strip, just steps away from the High Roller. Grab your drink, get your photos, and ask for a to-go cup! Vegas allows open containers on the Strip, making this the perfect drink to take with you while checking off your First-Timer’s Vegas Checklist or heading to the High Roller Observation Wheel.
