Pho at Treasure Island Review: The Most Authentic Vietnamese on the Strip? (2026)
Walking through the casino floor of Treasure Island (TI) Las Vegas, you might stumble upon a rather bold sign outside one of their restaurants. It boldly claims to serve the “most authentic pho in Las Vegas.”
In a city known for incredible off-Strip Asian cuisine, making that claim about a casino-floor restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip is a massive statement. We had to put it to the test.
Welcome to our full 2026 review of Pho – Vietnamese at Treasure Island. Before diving into the food, if you are planning a trip to TI, make sure to check out our complete Treasure Island Las Vegas Guide and our review of their resident Cirque du Soleil show in our Mystere Guide.
1. The Vibe and Atmosphere
Pho is located directly on the casino floor, adjacent to The Coffee Shop. Despite being in the heart of the action where you can hear the faint din of slot machines, the restaurant itself is enormous and surprisingly tranquil.
It features a dimly lit, ocean-blue interior with plenty of spacious booths and tables. There is no loud club music blasting here—it is a very chill, comfortable environment perfect for a late-night bowl of noodles after a long day of walking the Strip.
2. Testing the “Most Authentic Pho” Claim
When a restaurant makes a claim like that, you have to order the classic. We tried the traditional Phở Tái (rare beef and rice noodle soup, $20).
The broth is the absolute heart of any good pho, and the version here does not disappoint. It is incredibly rich, having clearly been rendered down for hours to extract all the fat and flavor from the bones. You immediately get hit with the warm, woodsy aromas of star anise and cardamom, balanced perfectly by the sharp bite of raw onions. The broth is ever-so-slightly thicker than water, giving it a satisfying, viscous quality that coats the noodles perfectly.
Speaking of the ingredients, the rare beef was tender and lacked the tough chewiness you sometimes find at lower-tier spots. While the rice noodles were cooked very soft (we personally prefer a bit more chew), the entire bowl comes together beautifully. Does it beat the absolute best mom-and-pop shops in Chinatown? Maybe not. But is it the most authentic and satisfying bowl of pho directly on the Las Vegas Strip? It is certainly a top contender.
3. Beyond the Soup: Banh Mi & Vegetarian Options
While the pho is the star, the menu expands well beyond soup. We explored a few other standouts:
- Bánh Mì Thịt (Pork Banh Mi, $21): This sandwich was an absolute sleeper hit. The French loaf is the star—crusty and lightly toasted on the outside, but incredibly airy and soft on the inside. It holds the succulent, smoky, grilled pork perfectly. Topped with fresh cilantro, carrots, onions, and a rich layer of mayonnaise to cool down the savory meat, this Banh Mi is a must-order if you aren’t in the mood for soup.
- Phở Chay (Vegetarian Noodle Soup, $19): For plant-based eaters, their vegetarian options are surprisingly robust. This vegetarian noodle soup features shallow-fried tofu (crispy outside, soft and earthy inside) tossed with bean sprouts, caramelized onions, and spongy mushrooms. It’s served with a sweet and sour dressing that ties the starchiness of the noodles together beautifully.
- Appetizers: We tested the massive Sampler Tower ($45), which included gyoza, egg rolls, and edamame. The standout, however, was the Gỏi Cuốn (fresh pork and shrimp spring rolls, $15 if ordered separately). Wrapped in perfectly elastic rice paper and packed with fresh mint, they are incredibly refreshing, especially when dipped in their savory-sweet peanut sauce.
TIP
Personal Favorite: While the Pho is the main attraction, the Gỏi Cuốn is honestly my absolute favorite item on the menu. The fresh mint and peanut sauce combination is just too good to pass up!
4. The Quirky 2026 Schedule (Important!)
If you want to try Pho at Treasure Island, you absolutely must check the calendar. As of 2026, the restaurant operates on a very specific and somewhat limited schedule:
WARNING
No Lunch Service: Notice that they don’t open until 5:00 PM every day they are operating. This means you cannot grab lunch here—they are strictly a dinner and late-night spot!
- Friday & Saturday: 5:00 PM – 12:30 AM
- Sunday – Tuesday: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Wednesday & Thursday: CLOSED
If you try to go for lunch, or mid-week on a Wednesday or Thursday, you will find the doors locked.
Final Verdict
Pho – Vietnamese at Treasure Island delivers on its promise of providing deeply comforting, authentic Vietnamese flavors right in the middle of the Las Vegas Strip. Whether you need a massive, heartwarming bowl of beef pho to cure a Vegas hangover, or a crusty pork Banh Mi before hitting the tables, this spot is highly recommended—just make sure you go on the right day of the week!
